Travel during the COVID-19 pandemic was challenging, and people became more cautious about their travel choices. For essential journeys, Glasgow Taxis had a unique message to share.

As communities adapted to the new normal—with social contact replaced by distancing and isolation—the need for safe travel became paramount for transportation providers. I led a campaign positioning Glasgow Taxis as the safe choice for travel during the height of the pandemic.

The campaign piece, titled "Don't Touch! (YET)," aimed to raise awareness of daily touch points that could spread COVID-19. It highlighted Glasgow Taxis’ “True Contactless” experience for a safer journey. Using fun, impactful illustrations in real-life scenarios, the design effectively communicated the importance of touch-free travel.

The campaign, titled "You've got a Friend in me," positioned Glasgow Taxis as a trusted, reliable service in the city. Inspired by the familiar song, the campaign used a bold banner to emphasize Glasgow Taxis' friendly and credible service, which was well received.
